1. Base Coat
2. Light Grey Nail Polish
3. Newspaper
4. Cotton Buds
5. Alcohol
6. Top coat or Colorless Nail Polish
NEWSPAPER NAIL ART TUTORIAL: STEP BY STEP GUIDE
1. Base coat – Apply base coat to protect your natural nails.
2. Apply light grey colored nail polish.
3. Make sure that your nails are completely dry before transferring the newspaper ink to your nails (You will need an Isopropyl Rubbing alcohol to do this trick.)
4. Pour an alcohol into a small container and soak your nail for 5 seconds.
5. Take a small piece of newspaper and press it firmly onto your nails for 15 seconds.
6. Peel the newspaper off (you’ll see the ink left behind).
7. Get a cotton bud and polish remover to clean up around your nails (skin).
8. Applying top coat (colorless polish) to protect the ink from rubbing off and provide a beautiful shine!
