HOW TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR FEET AND AVOID FOOT PAIN:

YOUR GUIDE ON HOW TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR FEET / AVOIDING FOOT PAIN

THE PROPER FEET CARE:

Feet are too essential to ignore, but they are always the last part of the body that most people think about unless they are hurting. They are also the most abused and often used part of the body; they absorb full weight and keep the balance to stand upright.

Feet deserve proper attention and care! Fungal infections, cracked skin, and foot odor are just some of the most common problems await you if you don’t pay extra considerations to your feet.

Taking good care of our feet is easy!

2. SMOOTH THEM OUT – Everyone wants nice looking feet in back shoes, and you can achieve this by using a pumice stone or foot pile on moist heels and calluses.

Soak your feet in water for 10 to 15 minutes to soften skin. Then, gently remove the thickened skin with a pumice stone in a back and forth motion. Mildly scrape your heels, the bottoms of your feet and your toes.

4. MOISTURIZE YOUR FEET – Make foot lotion or foot cream application a part of your daily routine. Use petroleum jelly before bedtime to soften feet. Do not over moisturize the area between toes to avoid fungal infection.

5. WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES – If you wear high heels at work, you may consider wearing comfortable shoes to and from the office to help your feet breathe! Buy shoes in the afternoon to make sure they fit well, feet swell as the day goes.

6. Always TRIM YOUR TOENAILS straight across to avoid ingrown toenails!

7. WEAR CLEAN SOCKS – Change your socks daily!
