1. Sleeping on your left side – People may not think it matters which side to lie on when going to bed, but studies have shown that sleeping sideways (LEFT SIDE) offers plenty of health benefits.

By sleeping this way, the blood flows to organs assisting the spleen and intestines to work effectively. It also reduces the symptoms of acid reflux; one hypothesis is that left-side sleeping keeps the junction between the stomach and esophagus above the level of gastric acid.

2. Playing instruments has many health benefits. It improves hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. According to experts, it can increase the IQ by 7 points. It’s never too late to start learning to play an instrument. Kids and Adults can enjoy these health benefits.

6. Playing Videogames
Playing video games the whole day is a different story; it must be done in moderation and should still keep the screen time to two hours or less. Playing video games reduces stress and depression it also helps relieve physical pain.

We all have heard about how unhealthy it is to spend the whole day surfing the internet, but sometimes it is considered healthy. Researchers at UCLA have discovered that it slows down the aging process of the brain of those middle-aged and older by stimulating areas that control language memory and complex reasoning.

8. Get a Pet
Pet helps reduce stress. Many studies have shown that having a pet lowers blood pressure and reduces the risk of depression. Seniors with Alzheimer’s were able to minimize anxious outbursts when a pet shares their home. Walking a dog can also be a good exercise.
